JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 30-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 05 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 30(a) 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act. Allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in trade of liquor.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 04.01.2019. He further submits that the petitioner was arrested with country made one pistol along with four cartridges.
