In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Kursela P.S. Case No.53 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 354(d) and 384/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made against the petitioner that he has taken the photograph of informant's daughter and made it viral among the group through Whatsapp. When the matter was reported to the family members of the petitioner, they became very aggressive and threatened to assault.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36927 of 2018(2) dt.02-07-2018 2/2 Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
