Patna High Court CWJC No.21036 of 2013 dt.13-01-2015 petitioner to file her claim on behalf of her husband, who is no more, before the District Education Officer, Begusarai listing out her grievance and relief, which she is looking for. On filing of such an application, the District Education Officer, Begusarai has an obligation to take a decision within a period of three months thereof. The Court has not expressed any opinion to enable the District Education Officer to give a dispassionate consideration, may be after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, if he desires so.

Writ is disposed of with the above liberty and direction.
