The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 25 of 2020 dated 29.01.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The son of the petitioner is said to have delivered a knife blow which is the major injury on the victim. The nature of accusation indicates that the occurrence took place out of a small incident. The petitioner has clean antecedents and is in custody since 15.06.2020.

Regard being had to the aforestated facts, he

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25264 of 2020(2) dt.30-09-2020 2/2 is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 5th Siwan in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 25 of 2020.
