The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No.506 of 2016 registered under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the allegation made in the FIR which clearly goes to suggest that a pure and simple money claim has been given a colour of criminal case, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the

No.51810 of 2017 (3) dt.19-12-2017 2/2 petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Complaint Case No.506 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
