JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 31-07-2018 This case has come up under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' at the instance of the Petitioners. It has been submitted on behalf of the Petitioners that inadvertently, the name of petitioner No. 5 has wrongly been typed in bail petition as "Bhagla Sah" whereas the correct name of petitioner No. 5 is "Bhagola Sah @ Bhaglu", due to which, the mistake occurred in the name of petitioner No. 5 in cause title of the order dated 10.07.2018 as "Bhaghu Sah" whereas it should have been "Bhagola Sah @ Bhaglu".

Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to make necessary correction in the name of petitioner No. 5 in the bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39008 of 2018 (4) dt.31-07-2018 2/2 petition during course of the day.

Let the name of petitioner No. 5 in the cause title of order dated 10.07.2018 in place of "Bhaghu Sah" be read as "Bhagola Sah @ Bhaglu".
