The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 723 of 2022 dated 20.12.2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 447, 323, 354B, 504 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is that when informant was distributing letters from the post office, she was drive off by the petitioner and he also entered into her house and assaulted her.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is case and counter case between the parties for

Petitioner is in jail custody since 06.01.2023 having three criminal antecedent out of which in one case he is on bail and another two cases have been filed mala fide by the informant. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P.S.
