2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rajiv Nagar P.S. Case No. 667 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 64 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 4, 6, 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act as well as Sections 4 and 5 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is that she is one of the members of sex racket gang and she is alleged to have taken away a minor victim girl in a hotel where the rape was committed with the minor victim girl.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 03.11.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-XXII-cum-Spl Judge, Patna/concerned Court below in connection with Rajiv Nagar P.S. Case No. 667 of 2024.
