03-07-2018 At the very outset, Sri Om Prakash Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of Sri Sanjay Kumar Singh, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, submits that in this case, except petitioner, other accused persons have been granted bail. After some argument, he requests for disposal of the present anticipatory bail petition so that petitioner may appear before the court below and pray for regular bail. The prayer is allowed.

The present anticipatory bail petition stands disposed of with an observation that if within a period of six weeks from today, petitioner appears before the court below and prays for regular bail, the learned court below, without being prejudiced with this order, may examine the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, preferably; on the same date.
