2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case punishable for the offence under Sections 304(B)/ 328 / 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is a case of 'Dowry Death'.
4. Petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. Initially, petitioner was not named in the F.I.R., however, her name surfaced during course of investigation in the re-statement of the informant. Thrust of the accusation is against husband of the deceased, who is already in custody. Petitioner is separate in mess and property and has got no concern with the family affairs of deceased and her husband.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners.

However, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Aurangabad (Bihar) in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 152 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
