Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No. 166 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 504, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing specific is alleged against these petitioners. There is case and counter case between the parties as is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28497 of 2019(2) dt.02-05-2019 2/2 evident from Annexure-2. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Matihani P.S.
