The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleges that his motorcycle was stolen by unknown theifs.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with seven antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that the FIR was against unknown and one Vicky was arrested and Vicky in his confessional statement disclosed the name of the petitioner as an accused who also participated in the occurrence. It is next submitted that the police got the

No.30131 of 2023(2) dt.26-07-2023 2/2 petitioner implicated thorough Vicky because of his antecedents, it is next submitted that the son of the informant, after coming to know that the petitioner was not involved, has also entered into a compromise as would be evident from Annexure 2 to the anticipatory bail application.
Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 52 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. One of the bailor of the petitioner shall be his father Sudhama Singh.
