2. The present application has been filed for restoration of C.W.J.C. No.592 of 2023, which stood dismissed for default on account of non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 27.03.2023 passed by a Bench of this Court.

3. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that on account of sheer inadvertence by the office clerk, the defect(s) could not be removed; however, he undertakes that the same shall be removed within two weeks' if the writ petition is restored.

4. In view of the submissions and the averments made

Patna High Court MJC No.1413 of 2024(3) dt.22-08-2025 2/2 in the application, the present restoration application stands allowed. C.W.J.C. No.592 of 2023 is restored to its original file.

5. The petitioner is directed to ensure compliance of the peremptory order dated 27.03.2023, preferably within a period of two weeks' from today.
