The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 25 of 2018 registered under Sections 272, 273, 308, 420, 120(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 30(a), 38 and 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession. Petitioner has no concerned with the recovered materials. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.34431 of 2018(2) dt.20-06-2018 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Siwan in connection with Basantpur P.S.
