In this case, the petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Ghoshi (Okari) P.S. Case No. 65 of 2018 registered for offences under sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 337 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

The per prosecution story, the police party had gone to the village in connection with death on account of criminal act. When the police party reached there, certainly 5-6 motorcycles came there and tried to agitate the inmates of the family members of the deceased and other members. The villagers became very violent and persons, named in the First Information Report, have actively participated in the assault made to the police and they caused serious injury by the accused persons.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is

No.37560 of 2018(2) dt.06-07-2018 2/2 no specific allegation against the petitioners save and except the general and omnibus allegation and one of the accused persons, namely, Ramashray Bind and Samnath Bind have been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 29.6.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 38424 of 2018 and the case of the petitioners is identical to that persons. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Judge-I, Jehanabad in connection with Ghoshi (Okari) P.S. Case No.

65 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. as also subject to condition that whenever the police will call the petitioners for investigation/interrogation, they will remain present and if they would not present themselves, the privilege of grant of anticipatory bail shall be deemed to have been canceled.
