The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 105 of 2018 registered under Sections 30(a) and 41(i)(ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. Further submission is that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
