The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "That this is an application for the issuance of

Patna High Court CWJC No.12319 of 2021(2) dt.24-11-2023 2/3 appropriate writ(s), order(s), direction(s) of the petitioner whose name is at serial no.2 in merit list for Aanganbadi Centre No.268, Ward No.04, Baba Tola, under Gram Panchayat Raj, Faijullahpur, in Baikunthpur Project/Block of the Gopalganj district in view of Memo no.425 dated 25.10.2019 issued by the respondent no.6 i.e. Child Development Programe officer, Baikunthpur, Gopalganj which is contained in Annexure-4 to this writ application which is based on Guideline, 2016 relates to selection of Aanganbadi Sevika/Sahayika issued by the Principal Secretary, Department of Social Welfare, Government of Bihar, Patna vide its Memo no.990 dated 05.04.2016.

And appropriate further for writ(s), issuance of order(s), direction(s) to respondent no.6 initiate criminal prosecution against respondent no.11 in view of Memo no.287 dated 11.2.2021 issued by the respondent no.4 i.e. the District Programe Officer, Gopalganj, which is based on Memo no.4129 dated 10.9.2018 issued Directorate of Indicrated Child Development Scheme, Patna which is contained as Annexure-2 to the writ application. And issuance also of appropriate writ(s), order(s), direction(s) for partly quashing the Memo no.287 dated 11.02.2021 at extent to direction of re-advertisement for selection of Aanganbadi Sevika relates to the aforementioned centre, issue by the respondent no.4 which is contained as Annexure-5 to this writ application."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.12319 of 2021(2) dt.24-11-2023 3/3 seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to participate in fresh selection process, if any. Liberty so sought is granted. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
