Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, within a period of four weeks.

This modification application has been filed for modification of the order dated 22.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19079 of 2022 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 31 of 2021. It has been submitted that in the main petition of Cr. Misc. No. 19079 of 2022 the address and parentage of the petitioner has wrongly been mentioned as "Prakash Kumar Yadav, S/o Subhash Kumar Yadav, resident of village-Jaynagar Nagwan, Gaya, Nagean Garh P.S. Madanpur, DistrictAurangabad" in place of Prakash Kumar Yadav, S/o Chamari Yadav, resident of village-Jaynagar Nagwan, P.S. Gurua, District-Gaya and due to that, same mistake occurred in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35874 of 2022(2) dt.27-07-2022 2/2 order dated 22.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19079 of 2022. Hence, he seeks modification in the address and parentage of the petitioner. He also prays for extension of time to surrender in the court below.

Accordingly, the order dated 22.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19079 of 2022 is modified to the extent that in the cause title of the order, the address and parentage of the petitioner be read as " Prakash Kumar Yadav, S/o Chamari Yadav, resident of village-Jaynagar Nagwan, P.S. Gurua, District-Gaya" in place of "Prakash Kumar Yadav, S/o Subhash Kumar Yadav, resident of village-Jaynagar Nagwan, Gaya, Nagean Garh P.S. Madanpur, DistrictAurangabad" and time for surrender of the petitioner is extended for further six weeks from the date of receipt/production of the order.

Rest of the conditions shall remain the same as mentioned in the order dated 22.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19079 of 2022.
