2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 498(A), 341, 323, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, registered in connection with Mahila P.S.Case No. 52 of 2018.

3. The matter originates from the matrimonial discord.

4. Both the parties are present in Chambers with their respective counsels, casting allegations and counter allegation against each other.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33102 of 2024(4) dt.08-10-2025 2/2 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Mahila P.S.Case No. 52 of 2018, subject to the followings conditions:- (i). The petitioner shall make payment of Rs. 8000/- (Rupees eight thousand) per month, as an interim maintenance, to the informant (o.p.no.2). The amount of maintenance shall be deposited in the account of the informant (o.p.no.2) bearing A/C No. 752407 00030596 maintained with the Dakshin Bihar Gramin Bank, Hurka Branch at Nimiayadih Tilouthu, District Rohtas.

(ii). The petitioner is also directed to return the household articles to the informant (o.p.no.2), if any.
