The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Ekangarsarai P.S. Case No. 36 of 2018 registered under Section 30A of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that from perusal of seizure list, it appears that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. The alleged recovery has been made from the field. Further submission is that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.34432 of 2018(2) dt.20-06-2018 2/2 case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 6th Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Ekangarsarai P.S. Case No. 36 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
