The petitioner seeks bail in Chhatauni P.S. Case No.150 of 2020 registered under Sections 272, 273 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

26.250 litres of liquor was recovered from the house of the petitioner and for that, the petitioner is in jail since 13.06.2020. Petitioner has already remained in jail for more than three months.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 7th Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Motihari, East
