Mr. Abhinav Srivastava, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the State has admitted that the petitioner is entitled for all the retiral dues as claimed by him in the present writ petition and in spite of the fact that a positive statement has been made in paragraph no. 14 of the counter affidavit, the University has not taken steps to

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University submitted that the Registrar of the Kameshwar Singh Darbhanga Sanskrit University, Darbhanga, will ensure to send the papers relating to the petitioner for pay verification before the concerned Pay Verification Cell of the Higher Education Department considering that the petitioner has uploaded his details on the official portal of the University.

4. Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the Registrar of the Kameshwar Singh Darbhanga Sanskrit University, Darbhanga, is directed to take appropriate steps for making payment of retiral dues to the petitioner in accordance with law.

5. The State is under obligation to disburse the amount required for making payment of dues amount to which the petitioner is entitled for within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

6. With above observation and direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.
