The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 242 of 2016 registered under Sections 363 and 366A read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure wherein she has not uttered a word against the petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61008 of 2017 (2) dt.21-12-2017 bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 242 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
