Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/328/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged in the FIR that the petitioner and other accused persons took informant's brother to the house of the petitioner to calculate accountancy of poultry firm for which there was dispute among his brother and the accused persons. Informant alleges that after two hours he learnt that the accused persons administered poison to his brother who died in Sadar Hospital, Jehanabad.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been implicated in this case only on suspicion and there is no eye witness to the occurrence. He submits that the

Police so far has not collected any incriminating material against her in the case diary. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts of the case as well as the fact that the petitioner is a lady and her name has come in the case on suspicion, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in Jehanabad Police Station Case No.
48 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
