The order under challenge has been passed by the respondent Land Reforms District Collector under the Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009.

After some arguments, Mr. Singh seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this application in order to file appeal thereagainst. He points out that appeal in such matter requires to be filed within 30 days extendable by another 30 days under the discretion of the Appellate Authority.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1932 of 2015 (2) dt.06-02-2015 Considering the fact that the petitioner has been pursuing her remedy before this Court, this Court would only observe that in case an appeal is filed within four weeks with an application seeking condonation of delay, the Appellate Authority will condone the delay and consider the appeal on its own merit in accordance with law.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
