JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-07-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 251 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 447, 354B, 109, 379 of IPC.
There is specific allegation against the petitioner that he assaulted by rod to the informant, causing injury. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is a land dispute between the parties and the injuries are simple in nature, which will appear from the Annexure 2 to this application.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the
