JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, who is the father-in-law, has renewed his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail, which was earlier disposed of vide order dated 22.12.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50842 of 2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the trial, the husband has been acquitted and the petitioner is a sick person.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner should comply the earlier order dated 22.12.2015 by surrendering and praying for regular bail before the court below within a period of five weeks from today. In case, the petitioner surrenders before the court below and prays for regular bail, the same would be disposed of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43474 of 2016 (2) dt.12-07-2017 2/2 on the same day without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
