The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 624 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/40 of the B.M.M.C., Rules, 1972.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner happens to be owner of the Tractor having valid registration paper, which is evident from Annexure-2. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery made

Hence, the petitioner may be granted the privilege of anticipatory bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner in the event of surrender within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Banka in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 624 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
