JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-12-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Deokund P.S. Case No. 11 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner runs a Mess at Ambedkar Nagar on contract and had received money from the District Welfare Department. He has no concern with the office dealing of the informant or the transaction made therein. As a matter of fact, petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case by the Government officials in order to save their skin. Moreover, similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 09.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50875 of 2017. Petitioner is a man of

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Deokund P.S. Case No. 11 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
