Let the defect, if any, be removed within fifteen days of the start of the physical Court.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR was lodged on recovery of dead body of the father of the informant. Suspicion is there against the petitioner and others for the reason that father of the informant had quarreled with the named accused persons four to five days ago. Petitioner is in custody since 02.03.2020. Investigation of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25363 of 2020(2) dt.29-09-2020 2/2 case is already complete against the petitioners. Submission is that only material against the petitioners is suspicion.

Considering the submission aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Banka Police Station Case No. 174 of 2020, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.

(b) Both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.

(c) The petitioners shall not leave the country without permission of the court.
