2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No.200 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the daughter of the informant Puja Kumari (deceased) was married with Sri. Ram Sah. It is further alleged that she was subjected to cruelty on account of non-fulfilment of dowry on 17.07.2023. The informant received information that his daughter is ill when he went to her matrimonial house, he found that her in-laws were not there in the house. The informant came to know that the dead body of the deceased has been cremated. The learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that the petitioner is mother-in-law. The

It has also been submitted that other co-accused persons, the in-laws have been granted bail by learned co-ordinate Bench of this Court, vide Cr.Misc.No.78933 of 2024. The case of this petitioner stands on similar footing.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 01.03.2025.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-IV, Siwan in connection with Maharajganj P.S.
