2. No one appears on behalf of the petitioner though the State as also Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd. are present.

3. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

Patna High Court C. REV. No.369 of 2014(5) dt.24-04-2025 2/2 (i) to review of the order/Judgment dated23.7.2014 passed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Mihir Kumar Jha (as his Lordship then was) in C.W.J.C. No. 10807/2013 whereby and whereunder the writ petition disposed of in the light of order dated 22.07.2014 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 9133 of 2014 (M/s Shivam Mini Rice Mill vs State of Bihar and others) and analogous cases, but fact is that the petitioner's case is fully covered with CWJC No. 13746 of 2013, order dated 22.07.2014 (Sone Vally Rice Mill through its Propriator Sudhakar Singh vs. The State of Bihar through Chief Secretary & Ors.

4. Be that as it may, since there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner, the petition stands dismissed for nonprosecution. (Rajiv Roy, J) Ravi/- U
