In this case the petitioner is complaining violation of the order of this Court dated 18.9.2014 passed in CWJC No. 16202 of 2014 wherein the Court had given direction to the District Education Officer, Bhagalpur to consider the representation of the petitioner and

Patna High Court MJC No.212 of 2015 dt.07-02-2017 dispose of the same. In pursuance thereof, the Authority has considered the representation of the petitioner and directed for payment of honorarium/salary for the period 2008-09 and learned counsel for the State submits that no further allotment of grant has gone to the school and if the same will go to the school, certainly the petitioner will also be paid the proportionate amount of honorarium/salary.

With the aforesaid observation, the contempt proceeding is dropped.
