2. The prayer for bail of the petitioner has earlier been rejected vide order dated 03.10.2024 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.68974/2024.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 02.07.2024 having no criminal antecedent. He further submits that the charge has already been framed in this case on 10.03.2025.
4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that on earlier occasion, a report with regard to the present stage of the trial was called for.
5. Upon perusal of the report, it transpires that two non-official witnesses have been examined, hence no purpose
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29130 of 2025(3) dt.01-08-2025 2/2 would be served in keeping the petitioner behind the bar. As such, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) as mentioned in Section 2(1) (d) of the BNSS, 2023 to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Vaishali, Hajipur, in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 534/2024 (Sessions Trial No. 66/2025) subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 480(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
