The matter has been taken up through video conferencing.
The petitioner seeks bail in Mohiuddinnagar P.S. case No. 35/2020 registered u/s 272, 273 of the IPC and u/s 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.
The informant got information that the petitioner was selling foreign liquor from his cow shed and after receiving such information the informant raided the cow shed of the petitioner but the petitioner after seeing the police managed to flee away. 60 liters of Indian made foreign liquor is alleged to have been recovered from the cow shed of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Samastipur in connection with Mohiuddinnagar P.S. case No. 35/2020.
