"i) For issuance of an appropriate writ(s)/ order(s)/ direction (s)/ to the respondents to give protection of life and property to the petitioner relating to Plot No. 600/802 under

Patna High Court CWJC No.7077 of 2024(2) dt.04-07-2024 2/3 Khata No. 163/299 in the area of 00-0507/06-15-04 in Revenue Mauza- Chorauli its Revenue Thana No. 366 under the revenue Circle/ P.S. Bhagwanpur Hat in the District of Siwan where upon the petitioner started cultivating on the land in question then some scrupulous persons who are goons of his cosharer disturbed the petitioner from enjoying the land and threatened him for dire consequences.

ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ(s)/ order(s)/ direction (s) to the respondents to give protection to the petitioner so that he may enjoy over the land as mentioned in above noted paragraph because anti social element are threatening to the petitioner for take possession over the land and told him that if he will go to land again, he will gave to face hard result."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Superintendent of Police, Siwan for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
