JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA ORAL ORDER 24-12-2014 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsels for the State and for the Accountant General, Bihar. The direction in the order under contempt dated 9.7.2012 was for the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the Principal Secretary, Department of Agriculture, Government of Bihar, which was to be considered and disposed of and the amount, if any, payable was to be paid to the petitioner.

Patna High Court MJC No.1141 of 2013 (2) dt.24-12-2014 In the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite parties of the State, it is stated that the representation of the petitioner has been disposed of by a reasoned order dated 12.12.2012 passed by the Director, Agriculture, Bihar.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, no case for proceeding under the contempt jurisdiction of this Court is made out.
