That the instant writ application is being filed on behalf of the petitioners herein, for issuance of appropriate writ or writs, direction or directions, order or orders, commanding the respondents to act in accordance with provision of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.12016 of 2014(10) dt.01-05-2024 2/2 Act and Rules (Bihar Irrigation Act and Rules, 1997) and grant reliefs for which the petitioners, who are owners, entitled for."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram, for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioners approach the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter. 4.
The writ petition stands disposed off.
