The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 215 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R. and he has been made accused in this case merely on the basis of his confessional statement before the police and except confession, nothing is on record against the petitioner.
