JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-07-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 307, 324 and some other ancillary Sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner assaulted Parvati Devi and Ganga Sagar Mishra with Axe as a result of which both of them sustained injuries.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case. There is case and counter case. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.
Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that there is specific

No.39520 of 2021(4) dt.18-07-2022 2/2 allegation against this petitioner that he assaulted Parvati Devi with axe on her head and Ganga Sagar Mishra on his leg and the doctor has found the injury on occipital region of head of Parvati Devi and L.W.right ankle of Ganga Sagar Mishra. Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) BKS/- U T
