JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER 07-08-2023 No one appears on call although the State is present. The present MJC has been preferred for compliance of order dated 25.10.2011 in CWJC No.18885 of 2011. Learned State counsel has taken this Court to paragraph-7 of the show-cause on behalf of the opposite party no.2 to show that the vacancies available for Advertisement No.01/2004, 02/2004 and 03/2004 were collected and total 10474 vacancies were published. 9113 candidates appointed to the post of constable in compliance of LPA No.831 of 2009. No application was received against 57 posts and further 797 vacancies were carried forward and appointment to
Patna High Court MJC No.391 of 2015(3) dt.07-08-2023 2/2 these posts were made through fresh advertisement. For compliance of LPA No.831 of 2009 and others several contempt petitions were filed which stood dismissed on 21.10.2014. The SLP also failed on 01.04.2019. The show-cause of 2021 has no rejoinder.
No case of contempt is made out.
