Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 315 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on basis of confessional statement of the co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged illicit liquor. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent. No.28493 of 2019(2) dt.02-05-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District & Sessions Judge II-cumSpecial Judge, Excise, Sheohar in connection with Sheohar P.S.
