2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 366, 506 and 34 of IPC.
3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that during course of trial, the victim and the informant both have been examined. The victim has categorically stated that she has gone to her grandmother's house out of anger and that nobody has kidnapped her. Likewise,

No.29922 of 2026(2) dt.07-05-2026 2/2 the mother of the victim who happens to be the informant has also stated that her daughter has disclosed that she was not kidnapped by anyone rather she has gone to her grandmother's house without telling anyone. Learned counsel has submitted that these statements of the victim and the informant completely exonerate the petitioner. A statement has been made in para-3 of this petition that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Moreover, he is languishing in judicial custody since 15.07.2023.
5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Hazipur Town P.S. Case No. 524 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 6th -cum- Special Judge, POCSO, Hazipur, Vaishali.
