By filing the instant application under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks quashing of the FIR of Ekangarsarai P.S. Case No.26 of 2011 registered for the offences punishable under sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegations made in the FIR do constitute cognizable offence.
