2. The present petition has been preferred for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16895 of 2014(11) dt.24-03-2025 2/3 following reliefs:- (i) For direction to the respondents to make payment (compensation) for acquiring land and building of the petitioner for N.H.-77 according to Fair Compensation Act, 2013 under Sections 24(2) of the Act.

(ii) To issue writ/writs, direction/directions in the nature of mandamus for directing and commanding the respondent Nos. 1 to 6 to make payment of the compensation amount to the petitioner calculating at the rate of current market value and on the basis of Sub-registry office for the year 2013-14 and 50% soletium, plus 30% soletium in building, interest @ 15% and other charges for both land as well as building.

3. Annexure-2 is the notice sent to the petitioner from the land acquisition office requesting the petitioners to file relevant papers on the basis whereof the payment of the awarded amount, be made to them.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to produce the relevant papers in respect of the land and he is ready to receive the awarded amount under protest.

5. This writ petition is disposed of with the observation that if an application for enhancement of the awarded amount is filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today, it shall be disposed of by the appropriate authority on merit as expeditiously as possible, without being prejudiced by this order.
