The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with C-III Case No. 40 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that no any incriminating articles have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner, as evident from the Seizure List.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29977 of 2019(2) dt.16-05-2019 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Siwan in connection with CIII Case No. 40 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
