1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case during course of investigation as the FIR was instituted against unknown with an allegation that two accused intercepted the informant and on point of gun looted Rs.1,83,900/-.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was arrested in a different case and he was made to confess about his participation in the instant occurrence. It is further submitted that once an accused is implicated in a case, the police start implicating mechanically.

5. On query of the Court as to whether charges have

6. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

7. Permission is accorded.

8. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 187 of 2024 pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara/Successor Court.
