The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 186, 333, 379, 353, 307, 420, 411, 504, 506, 427 of the Indian Penal Code & Section 4 and 40 of Bihar Mines Act, 1972 & Section 15 of Environment Protection Act, 1986. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and the petitioner was identified in the mob of 200 people who had scuffled with the police while the police had gone to check illegal mining of sand.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

No.30726 of 2022(2) dt.21-11-2022 2/2 petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that the allegations are general and omnibus in nature and one similarly situated accused Alok Kumar has been granted anticipatory bail by order dated 13.12.2021 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 40876 of 2021.
Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 86 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
