Petitioners, who are ladies, are in custody in connection with Sono P.S.Case No.349 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 324, 325, 307, 341, 323 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that there is omnibus allegation against these two petitioners. Petitioners are in custody since 26.11.2019 and have got no antecedent.

Considering the fact that petitioners are ladies and they are in custody since 26.11.2019, the Court is inclined to

No. 29276 of 2020(2) dt.09-11-2020 2/2 grant bail to the petitioners named above on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Jamui in connection with Sono P.S.Case No.349 of 2019.
