2. This writ application has been filed for the following reliefs:- (i) To direct the respondent/s to revise the intitial pay scale by giving pay protection of the deceased husband of the petitioner on the pay scale of Rs. 910/- per month instead of Rs. 850/- per month since 01.04.1981 .

(ii) To revise the entire pay scale accordingly. (iii) To give the entire benefit as per revision and due salary if so any with interest.

(iv) To revise the pensionary , benefit accordingly as

Patna High Court CWJC No.7206 of 2024(2) dt.21-11-2024 2/2 per entitlement and make payment thereon along with interst at the market value with the statutory interest. (v) To refix the family pension and make payment thereon in according with law with interest.

3 . Considering the nature of grievance of the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file representation before the District Education Officer Buddh Marg, Patna i. e,. respondent No. 5 with all the necessary documents within a period of six weeks.

4. If such representation is filed by the petitioner, the concerned respondent i. e,. the District Education Officer Buddh Marg, Patna shall dispose of the same by speaking and reasoned order after hearing the parties in accordance with law , preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing such representation .
